Macos bootable problems

Hello would like advice on what I am doing wrong in making macos bootable usb.

I had two working ones.

Now when I make the new ones that don't work they just come up with a circle with line through it.

Any advice would be great.

-USB flash drives?
-Where did you get the OS X/macOS installer applications?

16gb usb
Terminal cmd commands I will find codes later today.
From osxdaily.
And couple other mac websites but not the app store.

Well, I would recommend getting official Apple installers from this page of links: How to get old versions of macOS. You can then use the steps on this page: How to create a bootable installer for macOS, or an application like DiskMaker X.

See if that works.

Which Mac OS are you trying to make a bootable USB? DiskMaker is not compatible with Big Sur:
