Has anyone had this error message on MacBook and won’t turn on pls.

That is signifying that there is a software or hardware issue: If your Mac restarted because of a problem

Hopefully you have a current Time Machine or other backup of your data. Try some of the suggestions in the linked article and let us know how it goes.

That error message looks like you had a kernel panic. Could be very serious. If it won’t restart normally, try restarting in Recovery and reinstalling macOS. If your MacBook is intel-based, restart and hold down ⌘-R until the Recovery screen comes up. If Silicon-based, shut down then press and hold down the power button until the startup selector comes up. Click on Options and you should be able to find your way to the Recovery process. As always, a Time Machine backup or a clone will be necessary if you had to reformat your startup drive and wish to restore your previous state.
