Macbook Pro M1 Not Detecting 2nd External Monitor

I have a Macbook Pro with an M1 chip running Sonoma 14.1.2. I'm trying to connect it to two external monitors using Displaylink docking station. I can get one of the monitors as an extended display, but the other is dark. I tried the set up with a different Macbook and it works. I used another set of monitors (that I know work) using the M1 Macbook and the same issue (only 1 screen shows). I know it's something with the Macbook, but don't know what. Everything I'm reading says it's possible once you download the driver, but still no luck. Any advice would be super appreciated!

When I did that after a MacOS update made my M1 iMac incompatible with two monitors, I bought a display adaptor that was advertised as being DisplayLink compatible:
