Mac / zoom

Hey. I need zoom for work. My Mac comes up with the dreaded 1132 error and I can’t get onto the platform. I’ve followed zooms advice ( deleting, reloading, connecting from browser but nothing works) I’ve even put Mac back to factory settings. I can use zoom on my old iPad and my iPhone. Any ideas / help really appreciated.
