SOLVED Mac mini wakes up at night

The MAC is running Catalina. I did a log search grep-ing for "Wake reason" and I got the following.
does anything look abnormal? Is powerd what I think it is? I'm pretty sure it woke up a little after 4 am although I did not wake up right away.

Sounds like it may be Power Nap: What is Power Nap on Mac?

You could try disabling it and see if it resolves the issue.
