Hello,

Do you have wake for network access enabled?
What settings are you using in Energy Saver?

Every time? How about at the lock screen (a.k.a. login screen). From the lock screen, put the Mac to sleep. (If you don’t see the buttons for this, go to System Settings -> Lock Screen, and near the bottom, turn on “Show the Sleep, Restart, and Shut Down buttons” switch.)

If the Mac still wakes up after a while, there must be some automatic task that is causing the Mac to wake after a while, probably network-related. You can also try this after a reboot, from the login screen.
