I am a graphic designer/photographer. I have a new client that sent me specs for images they need for their website. They requested only PC formatted images, no Mac images allowed. I work in Photoshop CC. I have never seen this before. Am I missing something? I do not own a PC. Please advise!

As far as I know the most common image formats on the web are .gif for simple animations, .png for diagrams, basic images etc & jpg for photographs.

The only Microsoft image format I know of is .bmp or bitmap but I don't know if that is what your new client means.

I would be asking for further clarification.

I actually tried a google search yesterday about output formats for Photoshop CC, but nothing substantial came up.

As Spawn_Dooley suggested, you might want to get more clarification from your client. Also, maybe contact Adobe, and/or see if there are any Photoshop CC forums you could visit. Here are a couple you could start with:

https://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop

https://www.photoshopgurus.com/forum/

There are others. In fact, here are the results of a google search for "Photoshop CC forums":
