Lossless and spatial audio problems

I am running MAC OS Catalina ver 10.15.7 and Apple music 1.0.6.10. I am trying to ensure I can use lossless and spatial audio. I go to Apple music>Preferences>Playback and there is no option for audio. All I see are toggles for Crossfade,Sound enhancer,Video playback, and Video download. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
