Itunes Problem

hello whoever will read this,
I tried to open Itunes on my new refurbished macbook pro OSX lion, and what came up was this

does anybody know what is going on?

You can't link to images like that. You need to have them available on the internet, not your desktop. Try using "Go Advanced" and use Attachments to upload it here.
