iTunes Audio CD Error?

Hello,

I am attempting to play some required CDs for an online class I'm taking, and I downloaded ILG from the courses site in order to play the CDs, which should connect with iTunes. Every time I insert the disc, I get a message about an iTunes Audio Error. Is there a way to correct this?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

-Version of Mac OS X?
-Version of iTunes?
-What is ILG specifically?
-What kind of CDs and where are they from?

Change When I insert CD to Do Nothing.

and fwiw, that ? in the menubar in your finder window, you can ⌘ drag it off if you ever want to
