Issues with Spotlight and Apple Mail

I myself do not use Spotlight, preferring to use EasyFind for my searches. Also, I use Outlook for my EMail client. But, it looks like there are some potential serious security issues with using Spotlight and Apple Mail, running under Yosemite.

Be careful out there!
