Is there a way to change the Application-is-on Light? (ex. in post)

Hi all!

I was just wondering if it was possible to change the light that appears below active apps. I mean the light that can be seen just below the app, as seen in the screen shot below.

It would be nice to make it a more noticeable color against the light backdrop of the platform that the apps sit on. Another option might be to make that platform darker, but I don't know how to do that either.

no, Apple is headed in the direction of removing those lights altogether. Like the iPad/iPhone when you want an App you tap the icon, when finished you move to another App, this is how OS X will be also in the future, no Quit, no Save everything just works.

Personally I am happy with the Mac dock.
Not 100% sure it will work with SL as it's a ML release.

After spending some more time looking into it, I have found a solution! It's still totally possible (and easy) to change Mac's dock indicator lights.
