iPad now working!

Hi Cory

iMessage on my iPad is working!

It was replaced as the man in the Apple shop couldn't get iMessage to work & thought there was a software problem. However, iMessage on the replacement iPad wouldn't work either. i again, changed my ID and password to no avail.

I spoke to two people at Apple Support yesterday and an engineer re-configured my Apple account.

I'm happy!

Excellent...glad they were able to sort it out. It's pretty rare that an issue requires Apple engineers to get involved. Thanks for letting is know the final resolution.
