I haven’t updated software to my iPhone 12 Pro since the voicemail debacle last year. Any issues with the new 18.3.1?

None that I've had either on my iPhone 13 Pro Max or my new iPhone 16e. My iPhone 13 did not have the latest A17 Pro chip and 8GB RAM (same goes for your iPhone 12) so no Apple Intelligence but the 16e does and that works perfectly well too.
Depending on what iOS you are using there will be some changes; Some of the notable additions include the ability to lock and hide apps, new ways to view the schedule in the Calendar app, and extensive personalization options for the home screen and Control Center.

I get why you’ve been holding off on updates, especially after that voicemail mess, but iOS 18.3.1 has been stable for most users—mainly bug fixes and security patches. If you run into any electronics issues, epson phone number might help, and you can check their support details. Might be a good time to update and make sure everything runs smoothly!

The iOS 18.3.1 update for your iPhone 12 Pro includes important security fixes, particularly for USB Restricted Mode, which could protect against unauthorized access. However, some users have reported minor issues like increased battery drain, app freezes, or unintended reactivation of features. It’s still recommended to update for the security improvements, but if you notice problems, try restarting your phone and managing settings like background app refresh.
