Internet usage on my imac

How do I check my monthly average internet usage, I need to change my internet provider but I don't want to pay over the odds for my internet package.

Hello,

There isn't any way to monitor Internet-only usage on your Mac. Most ISPs have a usage meter on their website, if you are logged in with your account.

Try that with your current provider and see if they have that information.
