Installation CS3 Master Collection

Hi, out of some sentiment, I bought a Power Mac G5 again after years, version 10.4.11, I bought a new, unboxed CS3 Master Colletion on eBuy. After installation I want to open Illustrator for example, I fill in the serial number, everything is fine, but when I continue, the PC asks me for the serial number of the SW, which apparently was installed on the Mac by the previous owner. Of course, I don't know SN and I never will. So I'm in a situation where I have a new SW but I can't work with it. Can anyone give me some advice on what I can do about it? Thanks Martin

It sounds like you purchased a CS3 upgrade rather than a full version.

So you need a SN from CS1 or CS2 in order for the key that you bought to work.
