IMac 27" late 2014 - Thunderbolt

Am trying to find a way I can get USB C connections from my Thunderbolt 2 ports via my late 2014 iMac?
Is there such a cable or adaptor that would do this? Eg thunderbolt 2 to USB C connect?

Any help would be greatful

Hello and welcome.

I don't believe Thunderbolt 2 supports USB-C, as that was added in the Thunderbolt 3 specification.

What is it you are trying to connect that uses USB-C?

I just wanted a faster way to connect an SSD, currently using thunderbolt seagate dock and wondering if could get faster speeds.

Thunderbolt 2 is the fastest connection available on your model iMac.
