Go to bank and log in: The password is a form or numbers in circles, however for the first time the numbers had a small white box surrounding them.
No matter what I do they will not let me use those numbers so I cannot log in,
Last night I used my iPad to log into the bank and everything was fine, however when I opened other emails, they also did not have the possibility to open other items posted on the same email, it said at the top 'do you want to load the content at distance', clicking on it shows the whole content of the email. Yes perfect
The bank site does not offer this possibility, I'm completely lost and have a dead line to complete the tax return, any help would really be appreciated.
