Huge .raw files under Users/Shared

Hello, I saw that there is a number of huge (GBs) .raw files under Users/Shared and when I try to remove or move them, they get recreated right away.

What are these files for?

Those look like Panasonic digital camera RAW format image files.

-Do you have a Panasonic digital camera/video camera?
-Do you have file sharing enabled in System Preferences?

1. I thought they were images, I tried opening them with Preview but the format was not recognised
2. I don't have a camera
3. I don't have file sharing enabled

What else could it be? it is particularly strange they recreate themselves if i delete/move them.
