How to put short pieces of music in one application/file to burn them on a disc

Which application I have to use to select short pieces of music (from my iTunes Library) in a file for burning them with Toast Titanium on a disc
This means I need an App to select a short piece of the track I want to use and then burn all the selected pieces on one disc.

Audacity might fit the bill.
