how to entirely delete a program? after reinstalling a prog. my mac keeps the old data

Hi
I have a problem with Viber on my mac. everytime I open the app , it crashes . I unistalled the program and deleted every file from my mac , but after I downloaded the app and installed it again , it still remembers my previous data ( like conversations and my phone number ) however a couple of seconds after it crashes again! can anyone help?
