SOLVED How do I delete word from my Doc

I am unable to shut down the word icon on the DOC this has suddenly appeared lately; and after some bouncing The screen shows up with “ Microsoft respects your privacy “ I am unable to do a normal shut down now ( and have to force quit to close down the MB I have never subscribed to Microsoft but use “ Libre Office”

Hmmm...strange issue. It would really help to see the image. Can you open it in Preview and reduce the size, then post?

C
