How can I ungroup posts?

I did this once but now I can't find a place in preferences to do it. I don't like having posts grouped. Seems that in one of the upgrades it got changed back.

View Menu > Uncheck Organize by Conversation .

Mail took me a while to come around to but now I really like it, especially having all the past emails at hand when I get a new one. Sometimes change is for the better.

Thank you Kaveman. I kept thinking in prefs. Have now unchecked it and it should be better for me now.
