How can I mail video?

Hello!
I made a program to make a screencapture, but is it possible to mail it automatically to my email adress in the same program?

I am not very familiar with Automator/AppleScript, but I do know that there are email actions in Automator. It probably wouldn't be fully automatic, as the name of the file may change each time it is run. And, if the files are movie files, they can end up being too large to email, as most email services have a file size limit of 10 MB or so.

Maybe the folks over at MacScripter would be more helpful than I in this particular case.
