Hello,

I stumbled across this Forum while looking for a 24 Hour Mac Support Hotline. I'd love to know if there is an area on this forum to post information about what I'm currently experiencing that makes me think someone has possibly gained remote access to my Desktop...I'm truly terrified and any help would be appreciated....

Post it under the "Mac OS X" forum. Make sure you tell us the exact Mac model you have, what operating system you are using, and ALL the information about how to got to this point.
