coupon drop down is popping up everytime I open a tab, or scroll over a word.Thank you to any help

it did, and now it is back again and it is not in my extensions anymore where I deleted it

you do realise that chrome is made by Google, an advertising company, their browser is meant to display adverts and share personal data.

I recommend Apples Safari.

Also as a test disable all your add-on / extensions then reboot and see what happens.
