HELP need to delete one drive from applications mac

I can't delete one drive from my applications. It says "can't delete because the app is open" but I have restarted my computer twice and have manually force quit everything. help. I don't want to sync to my one drive because I need to save a copy onto my laptop.

Click the OneDrive icon (a cloud), click Help & Settings, click 'Pause Syncing' or 'Quit OneDrive'.
