Hi everyone. My friends macbook crashed yesterday and I need a way to fix it. Whenever we turn it on it comes up with a message saying we need to turn it off then restart it. We have tried and tried but we cant fix it. We tried turning it on while holding down the mouse/clicker thingamagiger, it still didn't work. Any ideas?
