Help deleting random email addresses.

Could someone please help me delete the random, old and irrelevant email address that appear by default when you start to type in an email address.
Example - if I'm trying to send myself an email, when I start typing DO....... I get every Donna, Doug, all names starting with "D". My address is about 10 down the list. How do I "GET RID OF" these addresses.

Open mail, click Window in the menu bar, click Previous recipients, this will give you a list of all email addresses that have been used, click to highlight an entry then click Remove from list.

they still pop up when you go to send an email and type in first letter or 2. That **** Siri wish I could delete that and I Cloud both
they're in there like glue can't boot either out.
