Hear a glub, glub, glub (alarm???)

Sometimes, I am taking a walk with my AirPods in my ears, listening to a podcast or radio or music, and I hear a loud glub, glub, glub sounding like water in a bottle. I pull out my phone, looking for some alarm, but I don't find anything.

It may be an important alarm that should mean something to me, but I'm clueless.
