SOLVED Have just noticed most short movies(5s - 10m.) are refusing to open in Photo.

"Cannot play video. Photos cannot play this video because it uses an unsupported format". They were working fine a while ago. I cannot even export them to convert to another format. Help.... OS 10.13.6.

I have HVEC shots, taken with the same camera. some work others don't. They all worked at one time.

Got a bit of help from Apple with this...on iPhone goto "Settings-Camera-Format"...set "Format" to "most compatible". On my computer I deleted any video that did not work, connected iPhone and selected "import all new items", Luckily I still had them on the phone. They work fine on the Computer
