Hard Drive is Formatted as 2 Drives - How to fix?

Hello,

So - I recently bought an older Macbook Pro on craigslist for $20, but the Hard Drive is formatted as 2 drives, and I was wondering how to fix this?

I'm going to be installing Snow Leopard on it, and don't know where to install it when the hard drive is formatted like this.

Can someone tell me how to fix this format problem, or at least where to install the new version of the OS?
