Hamachi?

First, Im very new to mac's. Second, Im sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum section, if so, just point me in the right direction and i will repost!

Im trying to install hamachi for Mac, http://www.command-tab.com/2006/08/13/hamachi-on-mac-os-x/ , following the previous link. But when i come to the sudo ./install command line, it comes up with the following:

unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:~ petechadwick$ cd Desktop
unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04esktop petechadwick$ cd hamachi-0.9.9.9-8-osx
unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:hamachi-0.9.9.9-8-osx petechadwick$ sudo ./install
Password:
sudo: ./install: command not found
unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:hamachi-0.9.9.9-8-osx petechadwick$

Anyone help??
