GREY Symbol fix.

Hi all,

Currently moved my iMac to a new
House and I am getting a grey circle with a line through it as I start up. I’ve tried pressing the different keys to reset etc but nothing seems to work? It flashes back to the Apple logo but no loading bar and it’s back and fourth? Any help!

Also I am using a pc mouse and keyboard and not the standard Apple.
