Hi!

Doing the Ctrl+H for each item at a time over & over again twenty or more times a day for my job is really annoying. Is there an add-on or something anyone knows of that can allow for multiple at once? I think I saw something that converts text as you type it, but what about copying a big block of text & editing it after?

Any help would be appreciate!

Thank you!

Respectfully,
Al

Hello,

Do you mean you have to replace the same word multiple times, or do you want to find and replace multiple words simultaneously?

Oh, sorry, I didn't know I received a reply; I actually found the answer minutes after asking. Thank you for responding.

Google Docs has something called a Bulk Docs Find & Replace extension/add-on that is free to use for one documents & then requires payment across multiple documents at once.

It's really not hard to use at all; I totally recommend it!
