Getting rid of subscriptions

I got an email telling me that a subscription would soon renew. I clicked on "Manage Subscriptions" on that email and it took me to https://buy.itunes.apple.com/****, which opened up my Music app in my Ventura iMac.

I have no idea what I'm supposed to do next. I looked at various menus, logging onto Account Information. But I don't see that app nor any way to cancel it. (I do see a button saying "Download Now" that I pressed and nothing happened).

What am I missing?

Open System Settings and go to your Apple ID. Click on Media & Purchases -> Subscriptions -> Manage…

It will bring you to App Store -> Manage Subscriptions.

I don't see the subscriptions from the email there. I checked with my daughter who is in my Apple family and they are hers. I wish I wouldn't get the emails if I can't see them. I thought they might belong to one of my adult grandchildren.
