Is there anyway to run Flight Sim X Steam without paying i bought it before just lost my old account with it.

No, there isn't any legal way to run software that requires a license/purchase.

I would recommend that you contact customer support wherever you purchased it to see if they can access your old account and/or move the purchase to a new account.
