Exporting iPhotos

Hi first time in any forum. I have a problem. How do you export photos from iPhoto 11 9.3
to a usb stick, for use on a digital photo album. I have managed to export about 100 photos,
but can't export any more with the message "unable to create/Volumes/UDISK/.
Any help will great fully be received.

I'm guessing the speed of the Stick, Make a Folder on the Desktop and Export them to that. Then Copy them over in batches.
