Emails From Documents Can't Be Read

Any emails I have saved to documents only flash on and off the screen.
Any other items can be viewed without a problem. Why??

Hello and welcome.

Can you explain a bit further - do you mean downloaded/saved document attachments from emails? If not, how are you "saving" the emails to the Documents folder?

In Firefox, I chose to save files to DOCUMENTS. All items I choose go there except the emails I want. This problem just started a month or so ago.
