What is the difference between mk452ll/a and mk442ll/a, both are refurbished, and selling at the same price, but one is $200 more retail price. Buying this for my son. Not tech savvy ...lol

They are both iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015) Macs:
Apple iMac 21.5-Inch "Core i5" 2.8 (Late 2015) Specs
MK442LL/A
Apple iMac 21.5-Inch "Core i5" 3.1 (4K, Late 2015) Specs
MK452LL/A
Has a much better Retina 4K display
Faster 4 core processor
Better graphics card
For $200 it is probably worth it in the long run.
