Desktop moved to the left

Hi

I need help. I use multiple desktops and last night my screen moved about 1.5inches to the and I can't get it back.

When using the mouse it seems to be working in the right place but I can't change screens at all.

Any ideas how I can put it back with out closing the machine down as I have unsaved work on a different desktop?
