Contact not synchronizing with phone

My wife and I share a Google contact library. I added a contact and it showed up on my iMac, my iPhone, and her iMac, but not on her iPhone. (I didn't check our iPads). I verified that other contacts from that library were on her phone. I restarted both her iMac and her iPhone. I opened finder on her iMac with her iPhone plugged in and verified that Finder was synchronizing contacts. I synchronized it.

That contact is still missing from her iPhone.

Any ideas of what else I should look at?

Have you tried signing out of Google on her phone, and then signing back in? You may need to delete google in the Accounts settings and then re-add it.

The good news is since everything is up in the cloud, you shouldn't lose any data.

It didn't appear to work, but after I set that as her default account, the contact was there. I suspect it just took some time.
