Possibly, but there isn't really a need for anything like that. Having said that, the application that receives the most recommendations for that sort of requirement is Onyx.

I decided to give OnyX a try but before doing so I have one concern.OnyX wants to access all my Data .I am not sure if I want to do that as I have 1Password on my Mac and don't want ANYONE accessing the info contained therein.
The question is "can OnyX access my info on 1Password if I give them access to my Data"

I'm not aware that anything is sent from your Mac when using Onyx. It's just the app wanting to be able to access data to do its job.
