Can't access certain websites?

I started using couple of websites a couple of days ago. Everything was working fine until I login to one of them and I get a connection timed out error. No matter what I do I can't access them, while the rest of the sites and my internet just works fine. I've tried different browsers they give me back the same message. I have tried using proxy browsing.com, it worked for a day and now it gives me back the same message. I have no parental control or none of that crap so I am really confused by what's going on.

The sites I am having trouble connecting are "webs" websites. If you have any idea what to do, please help

-What version of Mac OS X?
-What are the websites you cannot access?
