Can Automator do this? If yes How?

Hello everyone

The matter:
I have about 200'000 .eps files on my drive.
My collegue has now made a request, he needs about 800 files wich are found inbetween thoes 200k on the mac.

He gave me an Excel file with all the requiered filenames.

My question:
Now instead of looking each one up and copying it into one folder, is it possible to let Automator do this job?
Make him use the Excel file with all the names in order to find them on the Mac Harddrive and then copying each one into a specific folder?

If yes, that would be awesome!

You need to open AppleScript editors and type in the script.

Thats cool, got it opened and started watching some tuts.
How ever I find it a bit difficult to write such a script.
Is anyone capable of writing a basic script for me?
