Hello and welcome.

Basically, that is a kernel panic related to a CPU processor call.
  • Which exact model Mac?
  • Which version of macOS?
  • How much free space is remaining?
  • Any third-party utilities like MacKeeper, CleanMyMac, antivirus, etc installed?
  • Any other issues like freezing/hanging?
Feel free to post the entire log. Also, you can try running the free version of EtreCheckPro, as that gives a lot of additional diagnostic information.

It's a MacBook Pro 16 inch, 2019 - Monterey
2.4 GHz 8- core intel core i9
64 GB 2667 Mhz DDR4
2TB Storage (1.78TB available as I have removed a lot of larger files and programs to try and isolate the issue).

I did have clean my Mac which I did try removing - it didn't solve the problem.
I have also been removing other programs such as dropbox (didn't solve either).
I very recently installed Bitdefender but the problem was happening before that.
I also removed back blaze... didn't solve it!
It doesn't freeze at all, infact its a super speedy machine other than it just suddenly shuts down.
I do have adobe installed for work as well as Typeface for all my fonts - I have a lot of fonts... about 11,000 which I know can sometimes be corrupt but I'm not sure how to find out if that's the issue.

EtreCheck report attached.
Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!
