Bootcamp windows 7 el capitan

Hi there,

I was trying to install windows 7 on my 15" late 2011 MBpro. I am using a usb stick with an .ISO file. Everything is going well until te mac restarts to boot from USB, but there can't be a bootable usb found. I tried EVERYTHING but nothing is working. Tried different USB's and nothing works. I spend more than 2 days on this but noting works. Anyone who can help me?
