Hey, after I did a bootcamp somehow I lost my MacOs system and now I can't acess it. I already tried to reinstall hte system but the disks does not let me. What should I do

-Which model Mac?
-Which version of OS X/macOS?
-Did you setup Boot Camp with the Boot Camp Assistant?
-Did you install the Boot Camp drivers to Windows?
-What version of Windows was installed?
-Have you tried restarting/starting up holding the Option key to access the Startup Manager? You should see both the macOS and Windows partitions to choose which to startup from.
