Hi. First of all I apologize for my bad English. I need some help. I have Mac OS High Sierra installed on a Mac 2009. With an Nvidia GTX 1060.
In the Nvidia icon that appears in the top bar, when selecting it, two options appear:
- Use Nvidia Web Driver
- Use OS X default graphics.
By mistake I selected OS X default graphics and since then I can't get it started. The boot sound is heard and I get a black screen and I can't do anything.
Thanks for the help.

Hello and welcome.

Sorry for the long delay in responding.

-This is a Mac Pro (Early 2009) correct?
-Is it an actual NVIDIA card, or a third-party version?
-Where did you get the driver?

Because that card isn't an OEM Apple version, issues like this will arise, especially with custom driver software. I would suggest the following steps in order, as the last two could affect the card:
-Contact the vendor of the card/driver and see if they can troubleshoot
-Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac
-How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac
-Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac
