Battery or battery back pack

have 2016 iphone se and need to change battery ...however being in india ( not an apple phone enclave ) options are limited and what is available is suspect and thinking of using an additional battery pack but can only find one that fits a 2020 se, given that the phone hasnt changed much since 2016 would anyone know will this work, its called a RUNSY battery case ,

I doubt it would work, as their dimensions are different:

iPhone SE (2016)
4.87 H x 2.31 W x 0.3 D inches

iPhone SE (2nd Generation) (2020)
5.45 H x 2.65 W x 0.29 D inches
